1. Shipping

All orders processed through our store are fulfilled and shipped within 1-5 business days depending on the complexity of the order. Shipments are made via the United States Postal Service within the Domestic U.S. only. Shipping times vary depending on your locality to one or more of our fulfillment centers. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order, or parts of your order has shipped. Orders are not guaranteed by a specific date. Therefore, shipping times are estimates and fulfillment times may vary due to various factors such as product demand and availability.

2. Exchanges

Should the clothing or apparel you ordered not fit correctly we will replace it with another size or item of equal value within 14 days of your purchase. Simply return your item in its original packaging accompanied by a receipt or the packing slip to the Return Address printed on the packing slip included in your package. Once your item is received and inspected, a replacement item will be sent out within 5-7 business days. Additional shipping and handling charges will apply to replacement items.

Defective and/or damaged items may be returned for inspection and exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value, or for a refund to your payment method on file.
